Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and offer assistance

• Process purchases, returns and exchanges accurately
• Restock merchandise and monitor inventory
• Maintain clean and organized displays
• Assist with pricing and promotional signage

• Respond professionally to customer concerns
• Follow store policies and loss-prevention procedures
• Support opening and closing responsibilities

Qualifications

• Previous retail, sales or customer-service experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, professional and helpful attitude
• Comfortable recommending products and supporting sales goals
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable, punctual and team-oriented
• Basic computer and point-of-sale skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods
